DUFFY MEMORIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Roy C. Bucklin - Wheeling, Illinois, past
president and webmaster of NCISS website.
Named for our first President, John J. Duffy of Davenport,
Iowa, the "Dufffy" is the Council’s highest honor and is awarded to the individual or entity,
who by specific deeds and accomplishments has exhibited the
highest standard of conduct and service to the Investigation and
Security Services Industry.
The John J. Duffy Memorial
Achievement Award is presented every other year to a member who
has contributed greatly to the Council and the profession over a
significant period of time.
