Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department
Named for our first President, John J. Duffy of Davenport,
Iowa the "Dufffy" is awarded to the individual or entity, who by
their leadership, heroism, or tireless and unselfishness, has
brought credit to the National Council of Investigation and
Security Services and to the professions. Every other year,
NCISS reaches outside our regular membership and looks to a
person or organization that exemplifies the spirit of this
award.
