Colorado Licensing Bill Passes Senate
With Senate passage of HB 11-1995 Colorado should soon join the 44 states
with private investigative licensing laws. NCISS congratulates the PPIAC
which fought for enactment of this legislation for many years. We were
pleased to have joined many others who assisted our Colorado colleagues in
this major effort.
It took some innovative thinking to accomplish this goal. Colorado should be
proud of their perseverance and skill in passing HB 11-1195.
