NRLB Implementation January 2011
As expected, the National Labor Relations Board is using administrative
measures to make union organizing easier. This appears to be an effort to
accomplish many of the goals that were outlined in the Employee Free Choice
Act. That bill failed to pass last Congress. The report by employment firm
Littler Mendelson linked below details some of the actions of the Board.
