constituent, to meet with your elected representatives. We will make your
appointments; provide you with breakfast, lunch, a 2009 Legislative
orientation and a debriefing session. All you have to do is be there!
NCISS Legislative Chair, Jimmie Mesis, has agreed to host a Lobbying 101 session
for those new to the lobbying process or those who need a refresher.
