Mr. Ruffolo is CEO of A&R
Security Services. He has been in the security business for
over 42 years. He is currently Chairman of SCOLA (Security
Companies Organized for Legislative Action). He is on the Board
of Associated Detectives of IL (ADI). Mr. Ruffolo served as
Chairman of the Private Detective, Security, and Alarm Advisory
Board of the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. He
is a Past President of the following organizations: Associated
Guard and Patrol Agencies, Inc., Illinois Electronic Security
Association (NBFAA), National Council of Investigation and
Security Services (NCISS), Associated Detectives of Illinois (ADI).
Mr. Ruffolo has testified in Washington, D.C. on many
legislative issues. Mr. Ruffolo was awarded the “John J. Duffy
Memorial Achievement Award” from NCISS, the “Wayne J. Wunder
Memorial Award” from NCISS in 1993 and the “Charles Wessel
Memorial Award” from ADI in 1998.
