Terra Classic’s (LUNC) Parity Upgrade Proposal Passes
The long awaited Parity Upgrade of the Terra Classic (LUNC) protocol has finally been passed. Billed to introduced a plethora of beneficial features, the vote received almost a 100% support to be passed. The proposal submitted by the core developer group Joint L1 Task Force (L1TF), dubbed “Upgrade to v2.1.0”, was announced on Twitter by LuncBurnArmy and enjoyed participation from Allnodes, Orion, Coinpayu, Interstake One, StakeBin and other top validators.
Features of the V2.1.0 Upgrade
The v2.1.0 upgrade is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 14 and this will be the beginning of a new era as several significant changes will happen to Terra Classic (LUNC). Notable features of the upgrade are: a minimum 5% commission for validators; CosmWasm v1.1.0; WasmVM upgrade to v1.1.2; Wasmd upgrades for multichain capability; IBC go v4.3
